When you purchase Vouchers or Products and you tick the box that says 'I understand and accept the terms and conditions'. You become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not proceed and purchase until you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 12.5% in NZ.

Returns

If your product arrives broken, is faulty or is not what you ordered, we are happy to arrange a refund, replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order

If you are not happy with the product you have purchased, we realise that sometimes things do not work out so we are happy to talk about a solution with you. In most cases this will include your ability to return your product to us in exchange for either a refund, exchange, or shop credit. Please contact us to discuss your options phone 03 539 4482

Enriching vouchers are valid for 12 months from Date of Purchase

Transfer of Enriching Vouchers

Enriching vouchers are fully transferable. Enriching accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or fraudulent vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure safe keeping of the voucher(s).

Validity and Extensions of Vouchers

Voucher extensions are available, however subject to administration fees.

Extension Circumstances

A. . If your voucher has not yet expired, and you cannot use the voucher before the expiry date, we can extend your voucher for an administration fee of $10 per month per voucher for a maximum of three months only.

B. If your voucher has already expired and you contact us within 30 days of its expiry we can extend it for an administration fee of $30 for one month only.

C. If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher the voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances. Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part.

Refund and exchange policy

All Enriching gift vouchers are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

Valid vouchers that have not yet been used may be exchanged for any other spa treatments or products without attracting a fee.

If you exchange your voucher for a treatment of lesser value - any remaining balance will be held in credit and subject to expiry date as the original voucher. The expiry date of any exchanged voucher is the same as the original voucher. If you exchange your voucher for a treatment of higher value - you will be required to pay the difference. The expiry date of any exchanged voucher is the same as the original voucher.

FREE delivery service within New Zealand for all orders over $60

We provide Tracked Parcel Post Service, Target Delivery 1-3 working days, depending on your location

Delivery charges are $5, for all purchases under $60.

Vouchers

Voucher delivery via Standard Post

We offer a standard NZ Post service, but we accept no responsibility for the NZ Post standard service. If for any reason your voucher doesn't arrive via NZ Post, please contact us immediately and we can arrange to have the voucher emailed to you free of charge.

A re-delivery charge will apply (depending on the method chosen) if the item is lost, if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item. We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher being lost in the NZ Post mail process or not arriving on time.

Voucher delivery via FastPost Tracked

For extra reassurance we recommend NZ Post FastPost Tracked via NZ Post.

Target Delivery 1-3 working days. Delivery Charges are $5.

Voucher delivery via email

Enriching gift vouchers are delivered by email as attached pdf file, to the email address entered by the purchaser. Some email accounts (especially work email and Hotmail accounts) may categorise our email vouchers as unwanted or 'spam' email. Enriching is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email voucher, please contact us immediately on 64 03 539 4482 to send voucher to an alternative email address. Alternatively, we can change the delivery method which may incur a delivery fee of that service.

Paypal registration requirement (credit card transactions)

When you are ready to make a purchase, you will be directed to the Paypal log-on screen. If you are already registered with Paypal, you simply log-on to their secure site and follow the instructions to complete the purchase. If you are not registered with Paypal yet, you will be asked to do so. Payment and dispatch time
We intend to dispatch the order on the same day as payment, up until 1pm.
If an order is paid for by credit card, we receive the confirmation of payment in real-time and we intend to dispatch the order on the same day.

If method other than credit card is chosen for payment, we shall dispatch the order as soon as payment is received or confirmed.

Enriching uses NZ-Post International Air freight for all international deliveries unless otherwise arranged. You can usually expect the product to arrive within three weeks of your order (Australian orders take only 1-2 weeks).

We provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or defective goods will be returned and replaced at our cost. Other returns by negotiation.

The price advertised may differ slightly from the price charged to your credit card due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to NZ dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
