Sunscreen
Remember to top up your sunscreen every couple of hours when you are out and about. If swimming or exercising then even more frequently.
Be aware the right side of your body gets more sun whilst you are driving and YES – the rays still penetrate through the glass . Remember to apply sunscreen on the back of hands too!!

Sun protection is the key to fighting premature aging.

Keeping it real – New Years resolutions
Whatever you decide to do this year as a new years resolution, just keep it realistic.

• If you want to lose weight – start by cutting out sugar
• If you want to get fit – start slowly and build up – you will not be able to run a marathon straight away!
